Do I need a new will?

I made a will a few years ago leaving everything to my son. Now I would like to set up a trust fund for him should I die. Will I have to have another will written saying a trust fund should be set up? Or would a separate trust document be o.k.?

You can set it up either way, however, you should have your will and estate plan reviewed/updated together so that everything is properly coordinated, including the titling of assets and the designation of beneficiaries.
