will and probat
parent has no will. when mom dies my brother and I become administrators, do we need to be concerned about anything else?

Whether you need to be concerned about anything depends on many factors. If you have questions, you should sit down an attorney who can review your mother's needs, her assets, whether she still has the capacity to make a Will, etc.
