No Will

What are 3 sibilings intitled to if father dies without an will and has remarried, with no other children.

Surviving spouse gets half of the estate; children share the other half of the estate. Keep in mind the estate only includes property held in father's sole name. If he held property in joint tenancy, that goes entirely to the surviving joint tenant.
