Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Illinois

Will validity in Illinois

My husband and I had wills, power of attorney and Living wills drafted in Ohio before our daughter was born. We now live in Illinois. Are these documents recognized in Illinois?

I should have mentioned that since you now have a daughter, it would probably be a good idea to have new wills prepared so that you can specify who will care for her if something should happen to you.
