Will/Probate
We were listed in a will and the will went to probate it has been 7 months and have not heard anything what should we do. The executer handeled everything in the will we have not gotten anything.

You can either call the executor's attorney yourself, or write that attorney a letter, or you can hire your own attorney to represent you in court and with the executor's attorney. Call me if you want any help. Larry Stein (630) 221-1755
