Wills and life insurance

if someone has someone as a benifciary being an ewife can the biological children entitles to contest the right of the benficiary if they were no longer married and or if he filled it out with under possible pretecnces of her taking care of him due to needed medical attention and she was retired and the kids were unable to be at home with him at all times

Depends on the terms of the life insurance and what state you are in, but generally speaking an ex-wife is automatically taken out of a will, but is not necessarily removed as a life insurance beneficiary. Please give us a call if you want to talk about your options.

If your father's ex-wife is the beneficiary on his life insurance policy, and he dies before changing it, the ex-wife gets the proceeds of the insurance policy. Sorry.
