if you believe your relative left a will property(house) and died and another relative sold the home without sharing with you, how does one find out if a will did or does exists?

Re: wills

Check with the county clerk where the relative died to see if a Will was filed and/or a probate estate opened. Also check with the county recorder to see how the property was/is titled.
