Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Illinois

Wills and trusts

My grandmother recently passed away. My mother's sister is the executor. There is a trust. There is a 45 year fued. My mother, one of the 2 daughters, asked for a copy of the trust and the lawyer is stalling. Not sure if she is listed in the trust or not. Does she have the right to a copy of the trust as a daughter of the deceased? Are there any statues of time which would apply. What are my mothers rights?

Re: Wills and trusts

The sister has a right to know if she was included in the trust and so does your mother.
