Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Illinois

Wills/Probate

Can we ask that a Will not be admited to Probate, based on discovey/documentation that there was a latter Will, and if yes and Will is not admitted, would 755 ILCS 5/6-1 , be able to be presented on the other party for hiding the later Will.

Re: Wills/Probate

The most recent valid Will is the one that should be admitted to probate. All Wills should be filed and then the most recent Will should be presented for admittance. If admitted, then a prior Will would be denied. If someone is purposely hiding a valid Will then 5/6-1 could come into play.
