This is not really a help wanted board. If you are looking for an attorney, you might try an internet search for a divorce attorney in the county in which your husband resides.

Your husband (he's not your ex until you're divorced) should seek out an attorney in Grundy County. If you and he have all your requirements mapped out, including custody issues, this should be an uncomplicated process.

So what's your question? Can you do it here. Yes. Should you do it here? No. You never give up home field advantage. If you want to keep things uncomplicated, file in your own jurisdiction and control the process. If it becomes complicated you could find it to be very expensive and you will have little or no control no matter how good your attorney is. Your husband would be in a position to use the cost of traveling to Grundy County against you to force you to concede on issues you haven't even thought about at this time.

My suggestion: Get a lawyer where you live and file there and do before he files here.
