yes..my question is that..my parents past away in 2001..and they there stock..and bonds to me..but the state of illinois.said i have to pay my old child care debt..she or my son are on my parents will.

I'm sorry but your question needs to be stated with much greater clarity. By "chile care" do you mean child support? Do you have a judgment against you for child support arrearages?

The last part of your question seems to say that the mother and your son are beneficiaries of your parent's will. Not you. Is this right?

I think you would benefit from a consultation with either an estate planning lawyer, which is what I am, or perhaps a divorce lawyer.
