Hi my husband and I are considering a Will or a Trust. I just Want to make the right choice, I know with a trust my husband can’t remove me from everything if he wanted to out of anger, so I feel I should make the beat decision for myself. I want a Will for myself and not the trust. What’s your thoughts

If you have Trusts, your assets will likely be divided between your Trusts. However, spouses are usually Co-Trustees of each other's Trusts, so that might not provide you with the solution that you are looking for. You seem to be interested in a post-nuptual agreement. You may want to speak to a family law attorney, or a lawyer who handles both estate planning and divorce matters.
