Legal Question in Workers Comp in Illinois
who can help me
on 9 -29- 04 had a panic attack at work since it was a work and on company time would it be worker comp case but the panic attacks had kept me off work for a year i was told it was not works comp by the company and i try too go back like five times since the frist attack on 9-29-05 any two times i had too go to the e r the last time was 10-3 -05 had to call 911 thks from my route at work

Mental anguish is not covered by the worker's compensation laws and therefore is not covered. You may qualify for therapy under your work provided insurance.
