Re: determining compensability

There is no clear time limit with which to say how long an insurance company can take to determine compensability. However, you should not be without counsel during this process. You are allowing the insurance to manipulate the doctor's opinions

while you sit back. You can't do this. You may

lose the evidence with which to prove your claim.

Where the insurance company takes too long you may

be entitled to penalties as additional

compensation. But you have to act.
