Foot broke at work

how much to settle for/WHAT DOLLAR RANGE.MY ATTORNEY IS ASKING FOR 50% OF FOOT .iAM IN IL. ANOTHER EMPLOYEE RAN MY FOOT OVER AND HE DIDNT STOP WERE HE WAS SUPPOSED TO,AND THAT LEAD TO HIM RUNNING MY FOOT OVER.

from what you say there is no way we can make an assessement. generally, your lawyer knows best and you should trust him. If you do not trust his judgment, you should change lawyers.
