forced to work against dr orders

I was forced to work against dr orders after the intial injury of right hand. i now am in need of surgery . I was wondering if i have to file another claim against company. the ortho that did the IME yesterday agrees with my ortho that the need for surgery is there and that the problem is due to accident. I currently have an atty, however am displeased that he seems to never remember my case.

If you have a current WC claim that has been filed, then there should be no need to file a new application. However, if this is a new injury, then a new app must be filed.
