Hire an attorney. You wouldn't attempt to remove your own gall bladder, you would hire a surgeon. So, why would you attempt to handle a complex legal matter without a knowledgable attorney?

Workers' Compensation lawyers in Illinois work on a straight contingency basis. Feel free to call my office or the office of any other qualified attorney. Do not represent yourself.
