Legal Question in Workers Comp in Illinois

I got injured at work while living in Ohio back in April.I just moved to Illinois. Saw another doctor out here and he agrees with my dr i saw in clevleand i need surgery on my foot. im not sure if i feel compfortable with this doctor though..i had a cortizone shot 2 wks ago and it made it worse and ican barely walk, my foot is swollen and black and blue. Ive been unable to wear normal shoes for 8 mths since the injury. what do i do and how do i approach this? the doctors say i will be out of work for 2-3 weeks. can you help me?
