I have Firbromyalgia...the Insurance company is after paying for PT(for the back also!) and multiple tests, MRI, BONE SCANS BLOOD wrk/up and a Facet Caudal Block, now saying the back pain and compressed disks are a result of the Fibro

The knee is still not right and they are sending me for an IME to a Dr in Indy that is a foot and ankle specialist. Nothing to do with backs!

I have a case nurse and an attorney. I am wondering whoo is actually working in my best interest here. and should I pursue the back related injuries. I do not at the present forsee returning to my previous line of work as it requires walking 10-20 miles per day.

Thank you!

Re: Knee injury resulting in later falls and back traumas

You should ask your attorney any and all explanations for the way your case is being handled. Your attorney, in my judgment, is the person to trust more, since you are paying him to wirk for you. Good luck and hope you get things worked out.
