Can I be lay-off while on workman's comp.?
Soon the job will close for the season and we will be lay-off , Can I be lay-off also?

Dear Sirs:
The simple answer is "yes" although there are requirements which must be met by the employer before you can legally be laid off while on workmen's compensation disability.

You can be laid off BUT you should be paid TTD instead of "wages" depending on whether you are at MMI or not.
