Your lawyer can only advance money that he uses for the cost of the litigation. He will then get that money he has advanced back at the end of the case. Other than that, the answer is no. No loans.

There are outfits who loan money on cases--I generally discourage my clients from going to those place since the interest rate is outrageous.
