Legal Question in Workers Comp in Illinois
misdiagnosed shoulder injury
I was misdiagnosed several times about my injury,I currently have an attorney,but would like outside opinion.I am being paid if you want to call it that but I am wondering how much of a settlement to ask for. I have been told by my current doctor and therapist that there is a good chance I may be unable to return to my present job.
