Legal Question in Workers Comp in Illinois

Number of Doctors

I was hurt a work and I went to the hospital then was set up and apointment for a doc. I saw him and still needed more treatment then I saw another doc. Who automaticly treated me as a pill seeking pataint so i went to my Personal doc and now work comp is saying they don't have at acknolage my doc's treatments can they do that

Not at all! You have the right to see your own doctor, especially if you have not already. I would recommend you contact an attorney immediately if the insurance company continues to deny your treatment with the doctor you choose.
