Who pays 2/3 salary?

Im a little confused as far as my settlement, I recieved my lump sum, but I know Im suppose to recieve comp for the time I lost from work, how does that work, and do I need to do anything?

QUESTION:

ANSWER:

I am going to assume that you do not have an attorney -

You were supposed to receive the temporary total disability while you were off-work.

By the time you have received your lump sum settlement, you should have already collected the 2/3rds of your wages.

Once you have settled the case, you have closed your case and it is most likely too late to collect any other benefits.

However, it depends on what the settlement contract says - so if you can provide me a copy, I will be in a better position to answer your questions.
