Legal Question in Workers Comp in Illinois
I have a problem at my workplace. I have 20 day until retirement . The last three week i developed bronchitis and asthma systoms difficulty breathing using a inhalers for several days. I was off from work for two weeks for respiratory difficulty and return this monday and the systoms return the unit has a crew painting and waxing the floor the fumes is overwhelming. I call in sick for two days and was told i need to take a FMLA .
