Legal Question in Workers Comp in Illinois

Re-injury

an employee is off on workers comp and our carrier found out that he reinjured his knee at home. Carrier is now stopping ALL benefits and employee will need to send all bills to his own insurance. Is this right? Shouldn't the carrier still pay all benefits?
