Legal Question in Workers Comp in Illinois

When I am released from the doctor . am I entitled to my same job.

When I am released from the Doctor to go back to work am I entitled to my same job, or can my empolyers give me any hours and jobs that they want ? . because they told me they were going to hire someone to take my full time hours and give me 20 hrs for a 2 week work period. and I want my regular 80 hours for 2 weeks back. I have a lower back injury work related. are they allowed to give my job away?
