Legal Question in Workers Comp in Illinois

Sesamoiditis condition

I have been diagnosed with sesamoiditis because of over use at work. What is the statute of limitations to file a claim for this injury in Illinois? I am still under the doctors care and am unsure of the permanency of the injury.
