statute of limitations
i had a workmen's compensation case that has gone on for about 20 years. I was hurt on the job which is a state run facility. is there a statute of limitations as to when this case can be settled or do I still have some hope?

If defendant has made any weekly paments within the last 2 years, or has paid a related medical bill within the last 2 years, there should not be a limitations problem.
