Legal Question in Workers Comp in Illinois

I have some work related injuries that happened over two years ago and one from another company less than one year ago. The first one involves an auto accident not my fault and the other is from hurting my back and then I was let go when I asked about workmens comp. I also have another issue that happened 40 years ago with a member of the clergy from a church that I used to be a member of . It is a sexual matter that happened to me when I was a teenager ( 16 ). I was molested several times by this pastor who is now deceased. Do I have any recourse as this has had a bearing on my life for a long time
