Dear Sirs:

If the reason for travel was work-related, you have a workmen's compensation case.

Please call us to discuss.

Many thanks,

Re: workers compensation

This can be a complicated question. However, in general, if part of your job duties require you to travel and you were traveling for your job at the time of your injury, then you are likely entitled to workers' compensation benefits.

However, if you are simply traveling to and from work when the injury occurs, you are not entitled to workers' compensation benefits.

I have handled many traveling employee cases in the past and would be happy to discuss this with you at more detail to adivse what you might be entitled to receive. Feel free to contact me via the information on this website. Best Regards,

Jason Marker
