Legal Question in Workers Comp in Illinois

working injured

I have two jobs, my full time job and a side job. While at my full time job I was injured and may end up collecting workmans comp. My question is, if I ma collecting workmans comp becasue my full time job can not provide me with any work within my injurys restrictions, can I still go to the side job if htay are able to provide me with task's within my restrictions. All the owrk at my full time job requires the use of both hands, and I am restricted from using the left hand for anything. The part time job has odd jobs that they can offer that requires only the use of one hand (i.e. pushing a button)

Re: working injured

You can work the other job, but if you get fully authorized off work, your full time employer should pay you TTD based on both jobs. If you need any help with your claim let me know. We cover all of IL.
