Re: workman claim

You are not giving me very much information but I will attempt to provide you some generalized advice -

You have the right to be treated by two chains of doctors. Each time one doctor refers you to another medical provider that is still one chain of referral.

If you feel that you have been "cleared" for work and you physically are unable to perform that work, it is most likely because you have been treating with the medical provider designated by your employer's insurance company.

For example, an outfit like Concentra. They work in the best interest of the insurance company and they have little concern for your medical needs or conditions.

They are hired to patch you up and send you back to work - bottom line.

You most likely need to find a medical provider that will actually be concerned about you and your physical condition. In order to determine whether you have exhausted your two "chains" of referral, you will need to provide more information.

If you have only been treating with one group of doctors, then please email me and I will try to provider further assistance.

Good Luck,

Matt Belcher
