Workman's Comp and returning to work part time.

My wife is considering returning to work part time after being off work several weeks with an injury. How would this effect her Workers' Compensation benefits?

Re: Workman's Comp and returning to work part time.

If your wife is returning to work her TTD payments will cease. If she is going back to work at a time her doctor says she should not work, she could reduce the value of her claim. If her doctor says she can return to work, then she should do so. But there are a lot of facts that are missing.
