Are there aany citations on hgh coourt or supreme court where case under Dowry l

Hi

I am looking for Precedences where a complaint and FIR registerred under section 498a and Dowry Prohibition act have been Quashed on merits.

Can any lawyer provide me with either supreme court or High court judgements of the same .

I am not interested in those cases which are quashed where the husband and wife have compromised.

I have heard that it is easier to Quash a murder case rather then these cases but some cases must have been quashed on merits

You need to look up the Supreme Court cases for the years 2003/04 book and you will find many such cases wehre the FIRs filed u/s 498 A IPC have been quashed.
