A foreign company proposing to setup a business operation in India has following option:-
(a) As an Incorporated Entity (Joint Venture or Wholly Owned Subsidiary)
(b) As an Unincorporated entity (liaison office, Project Office & branch office), however such offices can undertake activities permitted under FEMA Regulation. So it will depend upon your project plan and legality /Entry Option can be decided upon further elaboration of the information.
