sir,

kindly advise if someone can fill up a signed cheque and present it to the bank and eventually dis honors. Am i found to be guilty.

if the cheque is filled with ur authority, then yes, ur guilty, but not othewise. Further the cheque mustbe issued in persuance of the discharge of any debt or liability

It depends upon facts of the case and also as to how much strong the opposite party is.You may be found guilty of forgery.
