Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

if a flat is in the name of the joint father(1st holder) and daughter(2nd holder). and if the father

makes a will in the name of the son. Does the flat goes to the son. Does the daughter have

any right.

In the event of the fathers death. the possession and rights of the flat does it go to the daughter

that is the 2nd holder or even the other children have the right to it.

only half share of father alone go to son, he will hold along with his sister.
