iam living in abraod me n my wife got divorced can my parents visit my 2 kids,but my ex wife doesnt allow

Yes, your parents may visit the kids. If your ex-wife does not permit, they may file an application in the court claiming visitation rights. It will be better if such an application is filed by you during your India visit. Meanwhile, you should start sending a handsome amount to your wife for children's maintenance and education. Depending upon age of the kids, you should send them gifts and books and write them about their needs. You may also offer them to visit the place you are working / living aborad.

you can get visiting rights order from court and if you already have she can't prevent your parents from visiting kids
