Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
A lady residing in same society lodged police FIR against a male, applying sec 354,452,509 &506 of IPC and exaggerated the matter. The police made CR and person is released on bail. This male person hails from good family and is highly qualified, worked in MNCs. This male suffered lot of loss of credibility, suffered trauma, was in custody. Pls help in the matter to solve/close the charges made on that person. Please advice follow up.
