if the property is in delhi - sale deed 6% and 8% respecitively for men and women

if the property is in tamilnadu 8% registration charges + 1% stamp duty

it changes and depends upon where the property is situtated.

every state has different scale of stamp duty. confirm from stamp vendor of ur place
