Is it legal for employer to ask questions on the race, religion, sexual orientation etc. during employment interview?
Are there any laws around interview questions in India.
thanks

There is law to estop the discrimination on race, religionm sex etc but you have to prove that job is given to someone else on the discrimination on this point.
