marriage with divorced muslim lady

I know one muslim girl she is getting her divorce soon. I am hindu living in India and she is in Iraq. We both love each other after she will get her divorce i wanna marry her. so my question is what is the process to marry her?? for that i have to change my religion to muslim?? Whats is the best option we have. please guide me.

No you don't need to change your religion to marry her.once she is divorced you can opt for court marriage or may marry her as per Hindu law if she is convinced to change her religion.But court marriage is most advisable if you people are planning to get married in India.

your marriage can be solemnized here in india under special marriage act and for that none of you need to change the religion.

There is no requirement for any of you to change religion. You may better consider going for a 'court marriage' under the Special Marriage Act.
