Partnerships
My partner is trying to cheat by not giving me a share of the profits. we dont have any written agreement about the partnership. We also dont have any valid documents about the expenditures incurred. Ours is a construction business.

Sir,
For such dispute, u can file a suit for accounts against ur partner, which is maintainable for even an unregistered firm.
If u think ur partner will deceive u in furture then u can also with seek disolution of the firm.

It is not necessary to have all paqrtnership deeds in writing, you can file a suit in court for disolution where you will have to show some evidences like bank accounts, money you paid to business, some meetings took place with vendors/customers etc.
You also can file 'cheating' case with police if you are really cheated.
