plot

we are residing in NCR, we have a plot in haryana. its on name of my father. one local property dealer sold that plot to some person with help of fake poer of attorney(fake signatures). we registrerd FIR and property dealer and his fellows are in jail.we are in need of money so we want to sell our plot.can we sell our plot now or some of legal obligation is still pending.pl guide what should we do?

Dear Sir/Madam,

You need to pfrfect your title over the property.

Consult local Advocate and get it clarified since somebody fradulantly sold it to someboday else.

It is required to be know if any cuvil suit is pending in any court, and if there is any restrain order by any court toward alienation.

If you want to sell the plot then inform the purchaser regarding this fact, otherwise if any litigatons occurs in future, then he might book you as well in criminal court.

If possible get the fake deed registered in respect of your plot cancelled with appropriate orders from Registration Authorities.

You must have to approach the court and to get declared the previous sale deed done by the property dealer declared as null and void.
