Dear Sir / Madam,
If the concerned matter escalates and one of the aggrieved party lodges a Police complaint, the Police are duty bound to take suitable action to amicably and peacefully resolve the matter. It is every Indian citizen's legal right to lodge a police complain seeking justice, irrespective whether it is civil or criminal in nature.
