Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE TO BUY A PAGRI FLAT IN MUMBAI,?Just by getting the rental payment receipt transfered to my name am I a legal tenant under old tenant laws ,of the flat?Do I have to enter into any tenancy agreement with the landlord?
and such agreement are registered at registrars office ? if so what will be the stamp duty?
