Wife may file her claim at any of the following three jurisdictions:

1. Place, where marriag took place or registered.

2. Place, where husband and wife resided together after marriage

3. Place, where wife is staying at the time of her intention to file claim.

so, it is your prerogative to choose one of the jurisdiction, Mumbai or Goa to file it per your convenienc. Yes, you can calim alimony, maintenance for both children etc.

Yes, you can file it in Mumbai.

If you obtain divorce with mutual consent, rights are not relevant, as per the parties consent terms the divorce & maintenance will be granted as long as it is within the parameters of law.
