Shop in mall

Shop in mall - party other then original landlord( with whom agreement made - advances given) disturbs working / disconnects electricity line/files case in high court - claiming rent / amenties / mantainence & alongwith asking for court liquidation of tenant company.

disturbing the working of shop...disconnecting electricity...remedy by way of injunction. its not clear as to who is ur landlord. If he is claiming rent as LLord u can claim suspension of rent as you are not able to enjoy premises fully in the absence of electricity.Lacks full facts.
