sir divorce case filed by husband in 2007 on wrong address of matrimonial home and and i filed 340 crpc on him now i got some documental/statement which is false.

Q1-- can i submit additional points in addition to the earlier ?

Q2-- submission of difference of one year in age during filing case comes under 340 crpc or not?

You may file additional affidavit.

I have my doubts. Did the submission of different age caused any prejudice to you. It could be a typo mistake also. How would you show that it was wilfull.
